I am a seller as well as a buyer. Recently I sold something on ebay but unfortunately buyer raised a claim against me. I was able to see the claim details up to 30th April 2015 but from 1st May 2015, it is showing no records. Even claim was approved in favour of buyer without intimating me, after claim closed I received a email on 7th May 2015, saying that "You can apply for seller protection on claims detail page for this claim. Last date to apply for Seller Protection Thu, 21-May-2015" but I am afraid, when the claim detail page in not working then how could I apply for Seller Protection? Since the claim detail page not active I could not get known, what is happening. Secondly my views have not been considered; even neither asked by ebay claim adjuster nor buyer contacts me to resolve the issue. This was just one-sided judgement. I am feeling very frustrated with this one-sided episode.
Once I tried to approach ebay customer care through online chat session, I was number 4 in the queue but it took 30 minutes to get a assistance and took another 20 minute to finish the chat regarding the issue of claim as well as the problem facing with the claim detail page but they just given a assurance that a claim adjuster will contact me within 24-48 hrs but still nobody contact me and claim already closed in favor of buyer.
I tried to open ebay guarantee claim detail page in all device and all the browsers but the same problem persists, "no record found" is showing always.
Please help me if someone knows how to solve this problem.
