I'm back again with an update for you all 🙂 and hope that all sellers would not only support but also co-operate with us.
From the various threads on this forum on the new 'Feedback Changes' we understand that one of the main concern and the core reason towards the disagreement of sellers with the Feedback changes is that the 'Neutrals and Negatives' that are being left by buyers impulsively affect their feedback percentages in a big way and thereby leading to other consequences.
As highlighted and discussed by me on different threads we will be reviewing such 'Neutrals and Negatives' from an Indian perspective and then take appropriate actions. We have noticed that not many sellers have reported the feedbacks (neutrals and negatives) that they feel are unjust and hence we cannot take the necessary actions.
Unjust feedbacks such as 'Neutrals and Negatives' with positive comments or feedback not given for the transaction i.e. irrelevance should be immediately reported through this link: Report a Feedback Problem.
We assure you that we will take appropriate actions should our investigations reveal that the feedbacks left were unjustified. Also we encourage members to report any sort of feedback discrepancy that they feel should be removed to the team through this link.
Moreover, I'd like to also make the sellers aware that the teams will be keeping a check on the seller's credibility basis the past seller's performance and also the no. of reports that the seller has been sending. The more the number of random or inappropriate escalations, the lesser will be the credibility of the seller in the subsequent escalations.
Having said that, we do understand that there will be very exceptional cases and we are prepared to deal with them to safeguard the interests of our sellers.

I understand you would very busy these days with all the queries and workarounds for this new feedback system .
But I wud like to quote your comments here ,

I have reported 3 cases in total , 2 of the Neutral feedback received and 1 of Negative where the buyer impulsively left the feedback and later sent us an email saying that feedback was left by error and now he want to withdraw / remove it , I have forwarded the emails with headers some 20 days back to TnS as well as to my account manager , but no action whatsoever is taken on this and the only reply we get from tns is a cut and paste reply that they cant do anything in this matter and their hands are tied .
Out of these cases 2 neutrals are positive comments , but still no action from TnS side .
This is in complete contrast to what you are saying here !!
And now our Expresee Remittance is going to be removed and we would be facing restrictions because of this delay in action as the SNP ration has gone down due to this .
And for cases where buyer says he is satisfied in the email to the seller , and seller has emails with all the headers , why this cannot be taken as resolved case by your SNP department ??

I totally understand the kind of frustration you must be going through and will surely look into this matter. While I'd not comment on the outcome of the escalations you made as I'd assure you that we always strive the best we can for our dear sellers.
You would hear from me soon on the particular concern that you have highlighted!

The 50% part of new feedback system is good, but not the other part.
Any way, I was expecting a reply for the below post.

I totally disagree with new feedback policy.
I recently listed some used laptops and promoted them. 8 out of 9 listing were buyed by the buyers but I got payment only for one item and has to raise inpaid item dispute for 8 items. I also set buyer requirement so that buyers with -1 or lower feedback can not buy the item. Since now with new feedback system, there will be no negative rating, hence this buyer requirement is useless. and I ( and other sellers like this) has no option but to bear this loss.
The sellers can not judge the fraud buyers.
Moreover what is the justification of feedback for buyers if a seller is not allowed to give negative to him?
A neutral feedback to a seller is giving impression of a negative feedback. How is it justified?
I suggest that both the buyers and sellers should have equal rights regarding feedback. Any feedback dispute should be mediated by ebay to make sure proper justice towards both the sellers and the buyers.
I do not see any benefit to increase sale due to this feedback policy change as hoped by ebay.
