I'm back again with an update for you all
🙂 and hope that all sellers would not only support but also co-operate with us.
From the various threads on this forum on the new 'Feedback Changes' we understand that one of the main concern and the core reason towards the disagreement of sellers with the Feedback changes is that the
'Neutrals and Negatives' that are being left by buyers impulsively affect their feedback percentages in a big way and thereby leading to other consequences.
As highlighted and discussed by me on different threads we will be reviewing such 'Neutrals and Negatives' from an Indian perspective and then take appropriate actions. We have noticed that not many sellers have reported the feedbacks (neutrals and negatives) that they feel are unjust and hence we cannot take the necessary actions.
Unjust feedbacks such as
'Neutrals and Negatives' with positive comments or feedback not given for the transaction i.e. irrelevance should be immediately reported through this link:
Report a Feedback Problem.
We assure you that we will take appropriate actions should our investigations reveal that the feedbacks left were unjustified. Also we encourage members to report any sort of feedback discrepancy that they feel should be removed to the team through this link.
Moreover, I'd like to also make the sellers aware that the teams will be keeping a check on the seller's credibility basis the past seller's performance and also the no. of reports that the seller has been sending. The more the number of random or inappropriate escalations, the lesser will be the credibility of the seller in the subsequent escalations.
Having said that, we do understand that there will be very exceptional cases and we are prepared to deal with them to safeguard the interests of our sellers.
