I want to know whether is it legal to sell copyrighed material (comics - spiderman, disney charcaters, archies, phantom and other marvel and DC charcaters etc) scanned and burned on Disc. I am sure it is 100% illegal. But some sllers are doing is alreay like seller with id rfsdeal.

How could someone easily list these items on ebay and ebay india remains blind eyed towards some sellers.
ebay is not blind eyed , there are so many listings on ebay , they might have a hard time tracking all of them , whenever i see something illegal i report that item , and i think other members should do the same
