Report Report if buyer is found fault and cheat mind. Stop dying for feedbacks. Feedback can be subsidized with other feedbacks from Good Buyers. And also verify if something needs to be improved from your end.

Sellers, please send proof of dispatch immediately or before timeline (to submit PoD) ends and call the customer care to put refund on hold.
Hope you got the point, you need to send Shipper copy/ acknowledgment / receipt you got from courier company at the time of booking the shipment. This makes the claims adjuster to believe you that you have atleast dispatched the item else they can't do anything. Everyone knows that sometimes delivery gets delayed due to weather, sales tax, Govt. bodies, non-traceable and / or delivery might have happened but update on websites delayed though parcel is delivered.
You can send the proof of delivery later once you receive it. Meanwhile, you can negotiate with buyer and eBay CAdj to understand if Buyer is true and also coordinate with courier company.
Be pateint and let the executives work for you to interrogate (kind) buyer to reveal the truth.
Finally, if Buyer is true, he deserves his money and you need to bear loss and claim from the courier (to some extent as per agreement with them).
