Sellers beware, looks like new wave of Buyers have come in or old buyers/sellers creating new ids and trying to exploit Sellers. They just buy to claim refund!

May be the eBay guarantee (popularizing every where through ads banners) and may be through the few of eBay executives promoting and giving free advices to open disputes; users are moulding themselves to claim refunds/SNAD.

Request to Good Buyers and Good Sellers. Though it is provoking, please be Good as you are already Good. Remember: if not now - later; if not here - elsewhere; Everything is reciprocal in life.

Report Report if buyer is found fault and cheat mind. Stop dying for feedbacks. Feedback can be subsidized with other feedbacks from Good Buyers. And also verify if something needs to be improved from your end.

@Sellers/Buyers, please post only your views and not whole mails, you may jot one case if its much needed. Good if you can specify just adjuster, buyer, item id, issue in a single line will be good to read. Please excuse if it hurts, this is for your benefit.

Sellers, please send proof of dispatch immediately or before timeline (to submit PoD) ends and call the customer care to put refund on hold.

Hope you got the point, you need to send Shipper copy/ acknowledgment / receipt you got from courier company at the time of booking the shipment. This makes the claims adjuster to believe you that you have atleast dispatched the item else they can't do anything. Everyone knows that sometimes delivery gets delayed due to weather, sales tax, Govt. bodies, non-traceable and / or delivery might have happened but update on websites delayed though parcel is delivered.

You can send the proof of delivery later once you receive it. Meanwhile, you can negotiate with buyer and eBay CAdj to understand if Buyer is true and also coordinate with courier company.

Be pateint and let the executives work for you to interrogate (kind) buyer to reveal the truth.

Finally, if Buyer is true, he deserves his money and you need to bear loss and claim from the courier (to some extent as per agreement with them).

This is why we rarely sold stuff above Rs 500 on Ebay.

There is ZERO seller protection.

yes evryone een we are observing high rate of refunds offlate..they order use.claim refund.

There should be better checks for both buyers and sellers. It is unfortunate that many of the better sellers have either stopped selling or drastically reduced their inventory due to fake buyers.

takgye, even a 1 rupee sales is important. T&S should understand that they are playing with Seller money by wrongly provoking Buyers or issuing refunds.

@neeka_in1 perfectly said, and these wrong actions or promotions will just make the online business worst and probably, people will think of buying on eBay when they want to cheat Sellers or get goods freely.

@sales.india, looks like with the new policies like CRF, guarantee claim; supported by many of T&S suggestions to Buyers, Sellers who lost on eBay, Buyers who are actually Sellers, Buyers who understood the process well; and with the new management and new support executives, there is an increase in refunds claims and refunds.
