Often unjustified negative feedback is left by competitors just to ruin the reputation of the seller. Please indicate how this feedback can be removed / reviewed in an impartial manner.

I tried to pay using Paisapay on 25/8/2009, but the transaction was not completed and it gave an error message. However, my credit card has been charged for the amount. When I try to leave a message for rejected eBay transaction, the message is blank...
