For your question on how to get the amount refunded paid via PaisaPay, the seller would need to send a refund request to the PaisaPay Team.
Once the PaisaPay Team receives the sellers refund request, they would be taking the appropriate action. However incase the seller is not responding to your mails or calls, you would need to open a

If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, you will need to close the dispute and escalate the claim for
Buyer Protection claim.
