You may also add in your communication that the fax is not a physical fax copy. It comes in a form of email to a secured server which only authorised employees may acess.
Also, based on community demand, PaisaPay has also introduced the facility whereby users can email the scanned copy instead of faxing them.
Warm Regards,
Sapana

As a buyer one does not need to register for PaisaPay. As a seller, you may follow the below mentioned steps to register for PaisaPay:
My eBay >>> Paisapay account (under My account)>>> fill in the relevant detals to register.
Hope this helps!

The Paisa Pay cycle was supposed to end today i.e. on 11 July 2006.
But when i open my Paisa Pay account, i see a revision in the date i.e. 18 July 2006 instead of 11 July.
This is being seen since 11 Jusy evening.
I even consulted some sellers and they said that the date changes only after 12 midnight and we receive a confirmation email from Paisa Pay too that the payment will be dispatched.
But i havent even received any such email.
Regards,
Yash Kothari.

For your question on how to get the amount refunded paid via PaisaPay, the seller would need to send a refund request to the PaisaPay Team.
Once the PaisaPay Team receives the sellers refund request, they would be taking the appropriate action. However incase the seller is not responding to your mails or calls, you would need to open a Item Not received dispute against the seller.[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]
If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, you will need to close the dispute and escalate the claim for Buyer Protection claim.
I hope this information will be helpful to you and you will be able to recover your money/product. Do keep us updated on your experience.
