unable to sell my product in ebay.com

Whenever i want to list my product i get the fallowing message in ebay.com since 15 days
wha tis the resolution

You can not submit your listing due to the following problems
You've reached your selling limits on the US eBay site.
On the US eBay site you can sell up to 10 items or up to $500 per month, whichever comes first.

Although you’ve reached your limits in the US, you may still be eligible to list items domestically.

Hello,

There may be issue with item you are selling. Make sure, you just list item quantity 1 with item price below $500. Selling limit will be reinstated after one month of first listing created.

If you have listed items on ebay US before, any how if item sell or do not sell but GMV will be considered.

If buyer won't pay, open unpaid item case and email to customer support and they will reinstate your selling limit.

If you have not linked your paypal, kindly link it. with PayPal link to account, it will increase your limit somehow.
