Hi there,

I Places an order on March 10th (PaisaPay ID 33283099004) for Casio edifice watch from seller degiftstore2012. But hadn’t received that. i called up the ebay CC more than 20 times. (I do have reference numbers for each call). Each and ever time, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes (in overall), and finally asked me to wait for 48 hours to get update/refund. I never got even a single reply or call regarding this. Why the hell they are doing like this I don’t know. I never ever have seen such a worst service in my life. Even Indian Got. Services are far better than this behaviour,

See I don’t even have time to call and talk with your people. See my question is very simple, will I get my money or not????.

When the item was not shipped to you within the timeline, haven't you still been refunded yet by eBay? Because that is always automatic when the refund is initiated after not providing the shipping details after 5 days and then after the next 1 week it is approved. 😐

Actually item was shipped, even they had given tracking is as well. So I thought I would get my item with a week. So I was tracking that number for a week, meanwhile that item has been marked as delivered in ebay without my knowledge. So I was not able to file case against that. That the reason I had contacted ebay. But still I am talking with them, but no response. Even contacted seller, no response, contacts Bludart, but they suggested me to reach them through seller.

It will be very difficult situation for you if it showing that the item has been delivered. Because that way you will have to file a case against the Local Courier office first of all by which you were going to get your item. I think that they are cheating you and not the seller. Still you can provide us the "Tracking Details" which you received to help you further in this case.

But in Bludart website, it showed as waiting for delivery. (Since 120 days crossed, I don’t have tracking number, even not able to find that in ebay site, but the item number is 111016948720) But this hell has been updated by ebay on ebay site. Even though i have all the valid details, what is the use.. This ebay is cheating again. In fact this is second time i am facing the issue from ebay's worst service. Once i ordered LED TV, due to defect in that i returned that, i got my money back after 4 months.

I keep on doing mistakes by buying through ebay…

The worst part is whenever i am calling the ebay CC, they simply kept me on hold for some time and convince me to wait for 48 hours. Each and every one asked me to trust them since they had escalated this case. I don't know how many exclamation has made on that or escalation and all only on word?

Even all the CC supportive were convinced me by saying same set of stories and action they have taken.

Have they been trained in such or what? Really really fed-up with their worst action for the customer.

Even i had raised clime (195746) through ebay CC, they had simply closed that clime. i don't know the logic and the way they had taken decision. I haven't received, but they had closed the case in favor of seller.
