he is an cheater he has done with all the people who buy his product so what should i do.i have tried to call him from last 8 days but no response from the seller as he is seems to be BAD MANNNNNN,..........

I will suggest you to Fill a Buyer Prtection form with all relevent proof of payment and no-reciept of the item as well as no response from the seller.
