non-reciept of items

I have sent the demand draft for the item #150186512564 on December 31 2007 and when I contacted the seller JAINLALIT he told me that he had not received the payment.I contacted the postal department and also the the bank and got a Duplicate DD issued.This whole process took me about 3-4 months.In the meantime I had ordered for another item #150202232736 from the same seller and sent the cheque and duplicate DD in April 2008.Today is 28 August 2008 and I am yet to receive both the items inspite of constant reminders since May 2008.When I haven't received an item inspite of constant reminders from an indiviual you call powerseller than how do you think I will go further and buy on your website or recommend it to others.On the contrary I intend to write to the press about it and make other people aware so that they are not duped.
