Maybe the seller is having some problem with stock and noticed some problem during testing, contact him at his number provided on email by ebay.Maybe he is unable to respond due to some connectivity issues.
Sellers are concerned about the buyers and would always love to dispatch at the earliest.The earlier they dispatch , the lesser their pending list.
Sellers need to test , pack , label , check pincodes ,dispatch , enter details and then sometimes track and follow up.
Its the responsibility of both sellers and buyers to make it a great experience.
