ebay is sexist

when I log in to ebay to buy some gifts, I see for him and for her sections and I see that ebay is completely being sexist by showing only Gadgets and phones under him and lipstick and high heeled shoes and watches under her, does it mean that all women wear lipsticks and heels and are worthy to be gifted that only? and only men use iPhones and iPads? It is spreading wrong message and trust me after I saw this, I cancelled my idea of buying from ebay and looked for other options online. I am a working, independent woman who wears neither heels nor lipstick daily. I don't need to be objectified, in terms of beauty. I use Ipad, Macbook and also smartphones. It is highly inappropriate and against our indian culture which holds women in high regard and not like the west where women are seen as just some objects of beauty and sexiness.. I urge you to remove it or modify it. else you will lose many customers like me

I also have taken a snapshot and will be sending it to many people to show how crass your mentality is. Boo you ebay!

I think eBay has nothing personal with anyone. eBay must have done some research before coming up with such decisions.

The concern which you've expressed on the projection on women's side is wrong is totaly Incorrect.
The eBay's homepage section of Him & Her showcasing the products is the Universal Indication of Men & Women.
It is just to describe a particular section by showing some related Items.

i think that the algorithm is to blame ,as a muslim i must say men and women are equal ,but distar18 you must agree they are not identical,we cant have exactly the same things for men and women ,like if you click watches it will offer choice between genders ,for cosmetics women have a monopoly.
