now i have starting feeling that the ebay is losing their Customer's trust. The way they are not giving gifts or keeping them on long hold, i don't think ebay will be able to get back those customers.
I am also one of those who didnt receive the gift which ebay promised to give. My request number is 681863 and my ebay id is ayush_classic and my case is pending since 7-8 months. Whenever i call customercare i always get reply that please wait for another 20 daysss.... LOL.....

I had made a purchase 70 days ago using the voucher code. I have received the item i purchased but haven't received the item associated with the voucher (the item ebay is supposed to send me). They asked me to wait for 60 days but even three emails to the customer center and unlimited tries at contacting them on their toll free number, I haven't received the free product. This is irresponsible behaviour and I haven't even received replies to the emails I have sent them. Please help!!

I have purchased an item using code MONSOON code and i am supposed to receive a 1TB hard disk. Its a century of days now. ebay is fooling customers with these wrong commitments. I can see this in many forums now.
These are the tickets i have raised with ebay which has no response. They keep on escalating issues with out any use.
ebay doenst have an escalation matrix. Only you need to call that sick customer care.
