ebay free gift not received.

Dear Members,i bought items from ebay and applied for a free gift coupon(Valentines Gift),but till today i have not heard/received any thing from ebay.I contact ebay member support around 2-3 times but nothing happen so far on this regards.Any have an idea or help..please

The Diwali link is not working..I called the customer care and after spending 10 minutes in wait time and verifying my account details with the operator, I was told that the link will work in a day or two...

I have two questions:

1)Why the whole e-bay website with thousands of pages is working perfectly except for that link? Does e-bay expect people to spend their 2 hours a day visiting cyber cafes to check whether the ONE link is working so that they can claim what was promised for by e-bay?

In case the link is not working, then why does not e-bay take the redemption requests on phone?

I assume that e-bay is a reputed US MNC and expect a level of professionalism from them.

I have purchased Rs. 50,000/- + worth of items from ebay during diwali promotion 2012.
While trying to claim the free gift from ebay site , I am getting authentication error with the thirdparty server. I tried several time and every time the issue comes while authentication. It’s been long time since this issue happening. ebay, Please correct this.

I had purchased 4 items from ebay on 11 November 2012. I used diwali coupon on 3 items, which belonged to the same seller.
These 3 items together costed Rs.22699 Thus I was entitled to get a free gift of my choice. I booked a Jabra Bluetooth Clipper Headset on 30 November 2012. But I have not received it till now. Neither is there any response from your side regarding the shipment tracking number.
I also won Apple ipad mini which was mega prize for diwali period on 11 November 2012. But I haven't received it as well.
So please look into the matter & respond shortly.

After repeated calls, ebay gave me an airway bill no for the ganesh promotion gift for paisa pay id 32239022146

The last nail in the coffin was that the AWB no. turned out to be a fudged one, sucha number didnt exist

I swear not one more chance with ebay
