ebay free gift not received.

Dear Members,i bought items from ebay and applied for a free gift coupon(Valentines Gift),but till today i have not heard/received any thing from ebay.I contact ebay member support around 2-3 times but nothing happen so far on this regards.Any have an idea or help..please

I had made a purchase on 24 SEP 2011 and had applied the coupon code for Nokia c2-03.
I am yet to hear anything on the matter.
it is my kind request to you to kindly dispatch the same and provide me the details if it hasn't been done so and also if possible if you could kindly send me a white colour phone.
