I am surprised the claim 1940400 is settled in favor of buyer even after producing the Proof of delivery, online signatured PoD and runsheet.
We had received a call around 10 days ago and inspite of informing that parcel is already delivered, such irresponsible action taken by ebay.
On 15/11/2011, at 11 am we had a word with the claim settler Garima and had informed her that we havent recieved any email from her and need to scan the PoA. We had even questioned why was there a delay in calling us? She had no answer and said she would call back in 10 mins. Till date there is no call or message from her.
After that we only received an email that the claim is settled in favor of buyer, we were neither informed or consulted prior to taking this irresponsible action.
The customer is now apologizing for ebay's lack of responsibility. How shameful!
Please close this claim by giving us our amount back and informing the customer its a fault from ebay's side.

Now if buyer will use product and break it and claim received broken you need to shut your mouth being a seller and e guarantee people will ask buyer to send back product and process refund even before we receive faulty product or broken product.
And off course they do take claims for products sold under manufactures warranty and push sellers over it as well.
Big Time horror for sellers.

My concern is not yet answered. I had scanned the PoA immediately the next day on which we rec'd email to do so. Plus, I even spoke to Claim settler who agreed to check the PoA.
What's the point of scanning the PoA if its not checked and verified at your end? The claim is settled without completing checks or investigations?
I am surprised that instead of Claim settler calling us , just passed a declaration of claim being settled.
Its not in whose favour the claim is settled, its that why were PoA not checked? Why did we not get a call back when we were promised about it? And I doubt the claim settler spoke to the customer also, as the customer called me and apologised that he got the claim amount inspite the product reaching him.
Please confirm what action was taken from your side for this?
