I opened seller account. As per ebay rules only fees payable when item sold out. But after selling item ebay has deducted fees. After two months ebay again charged fees of Rs.112.48 and suspended my account of seller and buyer. I paid the fees again and Now I want to close seller account but there is no options. Please tell me how to closed seller account and is there fees chargeable for buyer accont also.

eBay charged you the listing fees. When ITEM Gets sold that time you will receive remittance after deducting Paisa pay fees and the Final value fee will be charged in monthly billing cycle.
