Sad to say that the service of eBay India team is so poor that they have not taken any interest in resolving my problem regarding non receipt of product from a seller called "VSS International - Chennai". My various e-mail in this regard is ignored by the eBay India team.
I am preparing my case to be taken up thru an advocate and consulting with him how to tackle this cyber cheating. I will never dare to do any purchases thru eBay.
