e-bay e-mail

I had recieved an e-mail from e-bay saying "All you have to do is shop from a wide range of products on eBay.in between 14th - 27th November, 2005 using your Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer and we will send your eBay Watch!" on 15-Nov-2005. I have made purchase, paid for the item, recieved the very next day. But till date I don't know where is the watch? Whom I need to contact? Was that e-mail just to catch the buyers? Please answer if anyboy knows!!!

Will be happy if they send me a watch (or watches !!)against my multiple purchases during this period thru ebay, all of which were paid online by Credit cards.
However, I do not remember of receiving any such email. Its also most unlikely as thousands of transactions are made on ebay everyday. Even if there had been a scheme, there must be some lottery or something.
The worst possibility is that you have recd a spam from some other source.
Hope some ebay official will comment on those and clarify you about the offer. If its true then they must also give you ( & others) a tentative schedule for despatching the gift. Best Regards
