ebay is sick

i have purchased a product on 7th nov, but till date ,i.e today 1st dec , i hvnt rcvd the product, i have been asking the seller , but he takes his own sweet time to answer, i have also requested a couple of times on the feedback forum, but the ebay still hasnt responded to my query, if this is the type of service you provide, wht is the use? this is the last time i am goin to buy, and i will tell evry1 who i come across not to buy on ebay.

I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with a seller. However, as you might be aware, eBay coveres all your purchases upto 10,000. If you feel that the seller is not going to respond, may I request you to file for an Item Not Received Dispute, and then close the same and escalate a claim for Buyer Protection

IF you have more questions on the same, you may get the clarification from Customer Support
