is always reverts backa negative reply to der dear sellers with exactly 51% votes.

i had bought an Nokia Bh214 bluetooth head set with ITEMnO. 180535309185. which was delivered by ONESTOPJUPITER .i found headfone fake and gave the due feadback OF negative.

and den the big EBAY_DRAMA started. i had specifically writen in my comments dat the headfone is fake and even gave proffs.i m still willing to give an AFFIDAVIT over dat.but wat dis sellers very own community court has done is joke. de haven't relied to my comments and simply gave pass to that fraud ONESTOPJUPITER

my only intension for the feeadback dat i had given was to make new buyer of that product to be aware of of the Discrepancies in the product delivered.i never said that ONESTOPjUPITER BE BLOCKED OR PENALIZED.

i think ill be going to Consumer court now.ILL drag dis evil practice of Ebay to SAVE der fraud sellers just to make few more bucks by cheating innocent and negligent consumers.

Ebay is befooling consumers in the anme of OEM products and citing the reason for the product to be not similar to the one in market as , "its imported from some other country. there they have dis model dat we have provide"

Yes i do agree, that Ebay Court is fake n give false commitment of providing the best justice.

each and every results go in favor of seller as Ebay earn money from them. To satisfy them they do such things. ebay is least customer centered.

Well said berrynxt4u.I think its not always the sellers but buyers who take advantage of the feedback policies as sellers cant give -ve feedback to buyers and buyers do blackmail sellers for +ve feedback.Most buyers have no idea about what feedback is for and some who have extra knowledge they take full advantage from sellers who want to maintain good feedback and have 100% satsfied customers so i think ebay Community Court keeps the balance and it may not be always fair but i think it should be there for those who just come to ebay to blackmail the sellers.How on earth atscruise has so much knowledge about everything when his feedback is just 1 ? He is registered since 25-Jul-2010 so that means he bought 1 item on ebay and left negative feedback to the seller for what ever reason and now involved in negative comments about sellers on Discussion Boards and calling every seller morons but in truth he seems like a moran from rediffshopping or some other shopping site.There are some other strange buyers here who are keeping there feedback private so others cant check which and how many sellers they blackmailed till now.Good going you morans

I had the same experience recently. The Seller was awarded with removal of the Negative Feedback with 51% of jury members in his support. I gave huge description of the issue, but didn't help.

You gave negative feedback to a seller for a product which is a chinese Vaastu Feng Shui.Do you think Feng Shui is japanese ? Please give little thought before you leave a negative feedback.Contact the seller first as most sellers will accept returns and will be happy to give refund rather than negative feedback.
