i purchased a phone believing 5 mins used. seller shipped me one year old phone.i have raised claim.
they closed it without listening to buyer .stating that phone is as per description.

no use. i called them 40 times. several emails. just customer care ppl say they.ll arrange call back. but you 'll no get any call.
i guess all these policies/claims to lure people but no justification is done.
Ebay really becoming worse shopping portal.
guys be cautious abt their policies. dont fall into the trap.
