Refund declined by ebay

I bought John Players belt from daily deals and seller shipped it to me the very next day. Courier guys received it and decided not to deliver it to me on time. They came to my place after 5 days so I refused to accept the product and initiated refund. I informed seller that I have refused to accept the product and I will be initiating refund. Today I got a call from ebay some lady told me that I refused to accept the product and its my fault and she will be refusing my refund. So now I don't have the product and my money is also gone. Suggest me what should I do ?

Practically, it's your mistake.
As you mentioned, courier agency took long time or whatever it be, if you are getting your product in time, even though it come to more time than it should, but ebay gives 10 days time for the delivery period, so that still fits, in the guidelines.
So... you cannot refuse to accept the product.

SOLUTION: Call the seller and ask him to resend the item and that you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges because you already wasted seller's courier charges in the first place.

I am himanshu joshi from chandigarh, I had already sent a mail regarding my empty parcel. But I am again very much amazed that i am suffering once again the same problem of shipment number: Z40996751. I am not getting that wat's your problem that you sent me empty parcel and what are you doing for this problems and I am really suffering so much because of that. This item was really matters for me but everything is spoiled. It really makes my frustrated.

Now I realize that there are somethings bad activities which makes ebay sham full. if you are not doing anything it will effects you very small as like me, but difference is that I effect regarding money and you regarding image, goodwill.


ONE THING MORE THERE IS PERSON NAME-KRISH IN CLAIM RESOLVE DEPTT., HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL GUY THAT HOW TO TALK AND SHARE THE VIEWS WITH CUSTOMERS, HE TRY TO MADE ME HARASS AND DISAPPOINTED. HE INSTANTLY DECLINED BY HIM WITHOUT ANY INVESTIGATION.

if the product was delivered after 5days it is decent enough time frame.
You think sellers money is made of green leafs?
he will spend courier charges and then because of your mood swing he will accept it back on refusal.!

try with other portals once your request will be right away refused by executive,thanks ebay you atleast got the chance to appeal
