Why to receive a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for an Unpaid transaction?

Hi Indraneel,

A buyer chantelle6126 has left a Negative Feedback for me for the transaction (Item # 150290105206) that has NOT been Paid.

I sent her reminder e-mails 2-3 times to pay but the buyer did not responded. I waited for 7 days then opened UPI dispute, still she did not responded. Again waiting for another 7 days I closed the dispute. The next day the buyer left the Negative Feedback saying that I did not communicated with her.

Now, can you tell me where I am wrong? Why should I receive a Negative feedback for the transaction that has not been paid?

I wrote to Customer Support Team twice and Kaelyn and Kathleen replied me with a copy and paste response with all the Policy and Criteria for leaving feedback and at the end they said they are helpless.

Once I had received a Positive Feedback from a buyer manoj19priya-2008 for Item # 160234022914 who had also not paid for the item. But that Feedback was withdrawn by eBay. Why?

Can you help me out to withdraw the Negative Feedback? You only say, is it genuine to receive a Negative Feedback for an Unpaid Item?

This is Bad Friends. Ebay is double crossing both buyers and sellers. Delaying time for buyers and not removing feedback for sellers.

I remember sometime back they had mentioned that they would be changing the feedback policy in October. Wonder what is happening on that front now that october is already begun.

Nonpaying buyers are valuable to ebay for many reasons. Selles are sitting duck. Who gives a damn!

Where are you? Where is your assurance? Can you say where I am wrong? Should I not have filed the UPI dispute and get the FVF credit?

Hi Indraneel,

Why should I receive a Negative Feedback for an Unpaid transaction? My Account Manager had given me assurance last month that he will look into the matter internally and get it removed but after 2 weeks nothing has been done.

Can you say where I am wrong? Should I not have filed the UPI dispute and get the FVF credit? Before launching the new Feedback System it was announced that Unregistered buyer's and Unpaid item feedbacks will be removed. Now where is the truth of this announcement?

It is already more than a month and Community Court will start functioning next week, it will be too late to get my issue resolved. And why should I file my case to Community Court, if I am not wrong on my part?

Does eBay has a genuine reply (not copy-paste reply please) for my issue?

The only way out is to keep disposable ids. Once a selling id gets spoiled open a new id and start again fresh.
Ebay is an eternal boxing ground between buyers and sellers.

Just recently Meenu got similar unjust feedbacks and now Zaman!!!

Ebay pinks please
take this seriously.this is dissapointing and real cruelty to the Hardworking Seller Community.

Sorry to hear about the unpleasant feedback that you received for an item that has not been paid for. As a seller myself, I can understand your frustration.

I'll escalate this matter to the concerned team and would see to it that I pitch for the removal of the same.

Dear i can understand how you must be feeling ๐Ÿ˜ž . Ebay and their policies will never change for sellers they introduce daily new problems for sellers (i.e new feedback percentage calculation), so that sellers spend all nights all days even weekends just resolving issues with paisapay , refund requests , feedbacks...

Yepeee! :^O Once again my feedback rating is 100%. I would like to thank my Account Manager Jinesh and Indraneel for escalating the issue to TnS Team and getting my unfair feedback removed.

No seller should be left with a Negative Feedback for an Unpaid Transaction. This is abosulutely unfair.
