A buyer
chantelle6126 has left a
Negative Feedback for me for the transaction (Item # 150290105206) that has
NOT been Paid.
I sent her reminder e-mails 2-3 times to pay but the buyer did not responded. I waited for 7 days then opened
UPI dispute, still she did not responded. Again waiting for another 7 days I closed the dispute. The next day the buyer left the Negative Feedback saying that I did not communicated with her.
Now, can you tell me where I am wrong? Why should I receive a Negative feedback for the transaction that has not been paid?
I wrote to Customer Support Team twice and
Kaelyn and
Kathleen replied me with a copy and paste response with all the Policy and Criteria for leaving feedback and at the end they said they are helpless.
Once I had received a Positive Feedback from a buyer manoj19priya-2008 for Item # 160234022914 who had also not paid for the item. But that Feedback was
withdrawn by eBay. Why?
Can you help me out to withdraw the Negative Feedback? You only say, is it genuine to receive a Negative Feedback for an Unpaid Item?
