Biz has gone down drastically in the last few days.

I was wondering if the same is the case with other sellerss as well?

Hi,

Sales are too low to sustain selling after spending so much on listing.
EBay must be happy with their new savings from PaisaPay changes but many small sellers like me are feeling the deadly impact of low sales coupled with the substantial increase in expenditure due to the NEFT charges by Banks like ICICI. Unless ebay allows us to fix our payment transfer schedule I am not going to list anymore. There is no justification to pay donations to ebay and the banks. .

Hi Swarup,
Low sells has many side effects.In the competitive market,one cant use speedpost for Europe.Registered posts are delayed and very embarassing.Low value items have no future.
I want to block international buyers,because I am not able to take mental strain.Some buyers are upset for flimsy reasons like language problem.Add to that,the delay.Get battered for no fault.
PaisaPay has not solved eBay India's problem of giving buyer protection,but antagonised dedicated sellers and increased migration to dot com.Some sellers have openly declared giving up listing in eBay India.

Hi,

I was just reading this chain out of interest but realize something serious going on. Being a consultant to vey big companies in the world for analyzing thei pocesses and impove them, i felt my views may help here.

All you sellers must understand that all things gives good result for a time and then needs a relook to make it as per change in custome behaviour. Ebay/bazee provided both selle & buye in india a platfom to buy items which are higher in cost in primary market or difficult to get in primay market or for lack of time.

It woked fine as there were few sellers and majority doing a decent n genuine sales. then what happens now?

Lets see what could be the reason

1. As a customer, It's difficult to find an item properly. e.g look for 1 item you will find that for 1st 3-4 pages, 1 person has listed the itme with standard description.

2. you sort by any category, it list featured items first which may not what as a customer i want..so manipulating for this ebay charge.

3. The items available on ebay are easily available in cities much cheaper.

4. There is no interacting forums..this one is ther but where is the buyer participation?

5. in selling n buying there is another important term called negotiation which is not there. I like an item want to offer a pice n negotiate with seller, I cant do..

There is no way by which seller can proactively contact buyers and if it is ther ethen you guys are not using it..As i wanted to buy lot of products but no selle is able to build a trust. I go to there product, have some queries, but cant ask everytime..here is the time when seller needs to pitch in n ask the customer, what do you need let me help you...just think yourselve as a custome n you will find you need personal touch. Put yourselve in Customer's shoes. Remeber Customer is the king for you and ebay and for all sellers.

About Paisa Pay: I think this is good, but looking at your concern ebay need to make it more easy to use n reliable for sellers too.

6. Now coming to your ideas of sales dip, are we targeting right customers in right quarters. There is a strong case what people want to buy..again think like your prospective customer?

7. Other sites are also offering things at competitive or lesse price, i am telling you as a customer..


I know you know it all, but this is basics..get back to basic n things will change..valentines is coming..plan it..giver your buyers something gud and interesting.. Happy selling

Dear All,

I understand all of you have same problem i am facing too. With fraturation i would like to leave by 01-Mar or at least my shop will be closed from 01-Apr. My account manager, everyone knew what is the problem. But they are helpless. Anyway eBay given me some confidence in life that i can also do some business with honest. Right now my shop is running with my old customers only, because i have taken out my online listing and all are in shop view to reduce the number of items sold and reduce the risk of handing new customers.

I request following from eBay.

1. Allow us to set time for delivery. (But we keep the time with in eBay maximum limit, you can control us no problem, for me i need 20-30 days for delivery. Customer can start shouting at me after 30 days if not delivered, that's fine).

2. Let us not enter shipping details until it is required for customer. It is useless process and waste of time. None of my customer checked/tracked this in past 50 days. This is one of the un-productive work, i better do something which improve my sales.

It is possible to stay here only with above condition. Other wise i would like to say Goodbye to eBay with 100% positive feedback also all my customers should be happy for what they have paid for me.

THIS IS A FINAL WARNING TO eBay, to switch to Old PaisaPay or we are out. I hope some responsible person from eBay will reply to this post.

Dear Paisapay team , I have already reported many times earlier that New paisa pay link is not functional most of the time in the day . I can not use features or enter shipping details at any convenient time . System just start showing as if we have not purchased or sold anything and if I want to enter shipping details it will show me an invalid user .Intermittantly
the information start showing things whenever ebay /Paisapay want to show.
I have to log-in many times in a day to get the updated information. Due to this we can not get our payments on time despite given Express remittance status. your system will just send the payment on Monday or thurseday depending on Information entered , while we do not get opportunity to enter shipping details due to system not being functional.

At least there should be a message there that system is down for sometime to avoid any confusion among users.
Why it shows that we are invalid users.

Hi,
Worst of all they block my money without a time frame indefinitely.I beg my money for buying medicies,they are merciless.I am told to wait till their window expires.Their window is their concern.Why drag poor me?Even the cullers of bird flue are more kind.How shall I pay eBay fees?
But my question is will they ever release my money?I dont believe them any more.They have become ruthless. Give only flimsy pretext.
