What happens to FVF in case of an auto refund?

Here is a question for everyone who might be able to throw some light on this:
In the case of an auto refund to the buyer, the paisapay fee is reversed.
But how does a seller go about claiming the FVF credit?
I have been unable to find any way to claim that credit.

ebay pinks, most welcome to share some insight.
I would rather not face the hassle of sending this query to the customer support,.

Thank you for posting your concerns on our community boards!!

In case of an auto-refund FVF credits are given manually to the sellers which they can check in their invoices. Since this is a manual process, this is carried out twice a month - once at the end of every month and the other in the middle of the month.

Sellers need not take any efforts to avail of these credits as these are reconciled by the team by generating lists of such items with auto-refunds being initiated :-).
