I ordered for a Motorola BT50 battery for my mobile phone from Raj Electroniks. The material ordered was delivered to me wrapped up in a toilet paper and inserted into a used and empty Four Square cigarette pack. I saw the packing and realized that I had been duped. I tried to insert the BT50 into my Motoming A1200 phone, but it would not go in. This was some other battery that bore the BT50 label.
I called up the seller M/s. Raj Electroniks and explained the situation to the person who attended. His first reaction was that I had ordered the wrong battery. I asked him about the packing and suggested that he use old newspaper and pieces of cardboard to pack the goods rather than toilet paper and used cigarette packets. To this he said the paper he used was imported paper and the cigarette pack used was his own. Imported toilet paper is still toilet paper and anybody's used cigarette packet is still a used cigarette packet. He may have been trying to recylce - which is admirable and should be encouraged. But, then the question is whether it makes good business sense to treat a customer with imported toilet paper and used cigarette pack wrapping for the material ordered.
Given that the material delivered was not what I had ordered and the way my queries were handled by the seller, I would strongly suggest that one should think twice before buying from this seller.

Let me begin by saying that hence would to: APOLOGISE FOR ANY SENTIMENTS THAT I MAY HAVE HURT BY THE WAY OF PACKAGING MATERIAL USED BY ME. That was surely not my intension or a way to save money. No not at all. My offer to you is still open for either replacement battery or full refund as you would like.
Regards.
