This mail is to make a report to the customer care โ calling them so , who having been given the appointment being made twice on their terms and condition for the date ,day and time have failed to do so until today โ the support being asked for selling the products and its follow-ups for the items on the ebay .
Miserable it feels to report that being a buyer I have faced no such problem as being a buyer on ebay , but while the sale of the product was considered and after updating the most though the link in customer support โthere were small subjects which was to be clarified before we would proceed for the sale on ebay for which I have lost two clear months for the same โ pls make a note for the same .
Twice we had report to ebay customer care on the toll free nos to revert the call back โall in vain I was simply charged for 2 months as the shop fee on ebay
Luckly after here and there when I was able to list a product after all trial and error, found listed and sold within 2 days I receive a call from Ebay that to from landline from Mumbai reporting the confirmation of the seller being the first product sold through ebay via paisa pay for the same as to see the seller is the same from the sale proceeds that was updated โ TIME PLAY.
Until then explaining the same, the team person felt sorry for the grievance that was updated and also mentioned that within 48 hrs the team shall answer and wave off the charges that has been charged, but this was also in vain
I apologies once again taking the issue as a human error where while buying you do not have any issue, but while selling take place or if the seller wants to clear some doubts regarding tax, commission, different ways of listing, methods to be adopted, reloading the photos and such other small issues you as team member do not time to call back even after reporting the same as the subject, making a seller wait for 2 months โ charging for the same โ
Is this the way you updated on the whole?
In general as a hobby collector for coins & notes I wanted to sell the same as if I want to learn swimming I need to be inside the pool so I brought without any hassle and it served the same well.On the other hand after wearing the short ( as buying) being inside the ebay pool while the selling part came as to swim you ebay team people made me stand inside for 2 months , on one side not making me move ,how unfair was this coach team member who take the responsibility to the selling swimmer.
This example is just given to bring down the heat into coldness as water, Please see for the same .
As we would also like to sell in the same way as a buyer being unfair, I found that I have being neglected by your coach team member until now!
As a surprise or whatever you may say , all I had to do was to buy a product from the seller , get the contact details call back at his time , getting him informed regarding the sale methods and uploading the photos as understood from him saying that even using the original windows and the system being properly undated with the anti-virus making the system prefect and installing the required software for STANDARD AND BASIC UPLOADER for the photos to be uploaded using internet explorer it failed several time , re-checking the system finally found that it took hardly some sec to get the same job done on Mozilla firefox to do the same job but in vain neither of your team member were able to support the same , all I heard from them if the call was made after 11 minute of conversation โreply came pls go through the customer support page and the link was mailed on our mail id , request closed as understood but unanswered ,followed by saying that we shall make our team member call you back if faced with problem
This way I have lost almost 2 months to get the update, Luckily one of the smart seller informed me to upload and therefore I was able to sell one product while losing the time and money I found that you have made an unmentioned policy to make hold the seller in vain and the charges to be updated systematically โ After it is software programming you see- pls make a note.
Finally I have understood from your team that the call should have been made and the charges to be waived off.
I would also like to know how was that even installing the software as it should be failed and the Mozilla Firefox made the same in sec and more over the support and time been taken for the EBAY CUSTOMER CARE to inform all about the same
I shall make this clear that such kind of problem should not be faced by any seller which in time of trouble or necessity when he wants to sell we face a small issue where you do not answer back in the right way and method to be followed and calling back when you feel the necessity .
Please oblige this issue if been hard or not understood and make us understand the true face and light for being a BEST SELLER AND BUYER as understood that EBAY on the whole it has been give the Best platform for Business been done 24 hrs.
Finally I request you once again you to kindly wave off the 2 moths charges as I was unable to use the platform for the shop in eBay.
Today it took almost 45 min to update and forcbly i had to take the SR NO 1-4411656530 (MAKINIG THIS AS A NOTE) SO THAT if the customer call disconnects as usally i made a not on this forum as furture reffrence speaking to Mr Alok heard all the updates and assured that he would ask his higher team to update the same - hope positivelly this would solve the issue ,
