One seller have made fraud with us.

Ebay Team people one bidder have made fraud with us by giving us mobile which is not functioning properly and he have made trust on us by request to release the payment and request to give positive feedback on his profile.He have enters his item on bid basis.Item ID:320963088798.I want to refund my money with item back what is the necessary action i can take against that seller because he has already taken 100% feedback from ebay.Please help how can i refund my money?

you have nothing to do here,
open a case against your seller going to resolution center stating "ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED" you will get your refund.

NOTE: once you opened a case give ebay sufficient time . if your case is genuine you will get your money back.
