Urgent intervention of E Bay

As mentioned before Ia hve bought a camera from e bay -
2 Mega Pixels Digital + Video + Web Camera , Seller- India_Shopping_plaza item No: 7601189328

The purchase was made on 23rd March..i have put my dispute that till today I ahve nt recd the camera ..now I come to know that the India Shopping Plaza is no more registered with you..if not then..how can you display their items & you should have atleast informed to me , when your customer care can call up from Bombay office to confirm the purchase..I am sure you guys can also call up to resolve a dispute..i Strongly request you to either deliver the camera in 2 days of time ie max by 9th April or credit my A/c with the same amount.
If both not done ..I shall then proceed to Consumer Court

This was your first deal and you are in trouble.

Don't get angry other wise you may not get back your money. Thats because now you need to be sensible and follow the right steps in right time.

Kindly note that to get back the money you will have to follow all the steps in TIME.

ebay has a Buyer Protection programme in place and protects you upto Rs.10,000.

If you don't follow the steps then neither ebay nor Consumer Court may be able to help you out.

Its really sad to know that your first transaction at eBay is not smooth.

eBay has a Buyer Protection and reimbursement till Rs.10000 (-Rs.50 as service charges).

Follow the Buyer protection steps and you will receive the refund soon.
