Two of our, open and shut cases in CRF have been closed against us. In the recent case, buyer did not even replied to the appeal. His contact number is not reachable and the item for which he left a negative feedback has been sold to over 70 people with no complains whatsoever, But this buyer- "Felt" the item was not genuine and Good Lord the Stain has to remain in our Feedback profile.
And Latest neutral- Another buyer is dissatisfied with the shipping charges. And how much were the shipping charges Rs 40 anywhere in India for a Shirt fabric weighing 300 Gms.
Who decides the substance of these feedbacks, which are nothing but a curse to sellers business and his sense of sincerity? No doubt Only eBay employees are themselves using their "logic" and "superb" knowledge of market categories to judge these feedbacks.
Just to make sure some bells ring in proper heads we have come up with a solution. From Now on we are going to increase all prices by 4% for every unfair negative stayed by CRF, and by 2% for every unfair neutral feedback we receive.
Let's call it inflation due to eBay negligence. It may sound a little unfair to buyers but the policy makers need to understand that they are jumping on the trampoline which we sellers are holding. Some repercussions have to be sent to at least make them feel the pinch.

Sunilji,
How will it matter to anyone, only you will suffer if you increase your price. On ebay now a new breed of sellers has come up who under cut rates, they will enjoy, cheat more customers, make more money and disappear overnight. Only you will be left alone in this war. Just concentrate on your sales, request your buyers to be reasonable and remove the feedback given.
Take a bigger view of the issue, this is passing phase and will pass away too.
Just say "All ezzz whell"

Nice suggestion. only thing is we (Sellers) need to unite in this and no matter what, should be immovable. doesn't matter small sellers come and take benefit of it for some time, but for the longer run, it will benefit us and probably by then eBay will also realize.

eBay values only buyer comments. You can check all community posts. eBay replied only in Buyers posts. Not in sellers. No Value of Seller.

99.8 is as bad to us as 99.7. Once u loose that 100% its all the same. Earlier We use to call buyers and ask why they had left negative without contacting us beforehand. But now we dont communicate after a negative or neutral feedback. Why should sellers run to buyers with flowers everytime? Feedbacks are left at the end of transaction and once a buyer is leaving feedback we take it that he is done with everything.
Buyers will soon realize this that they cant use feedbacks as leverage , And once this truth is established entire problem will be solved.

I think now a days customers are not much more interested on feedback, if they find the right product with superb price with you. they will buy. In my opinion please don’t worry about one or two unfair feedback this will shut your mind to get more innovative business ideas to develop, please note not every body in this world will be similar. so don’t take one or two unfair feedback as a big curse. Do your business right, god is with you and also note “ world is very big “😄
