UNABLE TO REDEEM THE DIWALI DHAMAKA FREE GIFT YET AGAIN !

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to redeem my Diwali Dhamaka Free Gift, & have been getting the error message " Oops, sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion."

I have tried this today also after 6 pm, but the same error message is being shown & I am unable to proceed further.

I would request you to please do the needful, so that I may receive the entitled gift assured by the Ebay.

Finally today, I have been able to properly choose the DIWALI DHAMAKA FREE GIFT item without getting the " Oops ...." message, for redeemption on eBay site. Friends, you too should try.

Wish the eBay Customer Care team be more sensitive towards solving the problems of their customers & reply to their mails & phones, in future.

eBay is a well reputed global name famous for its great service & honest dealings for both the sellers as well as buyers. Success in any field, especially the Marketing depends a lot on communication & customer care. If you lag in these fields, you definitely will be causing loss to your concern.

Any way, better late than never !

finally after talking to cutomer care for 14 days abled to redeem my free gift....
it was very frustrating
and the ordeal still not over
could not claim second gift only did 1 from my two purchases
but hopeful the second one will work soon.

I am still unable to redeem the gift, and still that useless message "Oops...Crap crap crap" message is coming. It's too frustrating.

I sent a mail on 30th Nov, and today, after "12" days when I sent them a reminder mail, I got this reply ---

"We know you need to get your question answered quickly, and in most cases, you'll get a reply from us within 24 to 36 hours. But depending on the question you asked and how many other questions we have to answer right now, it might take up to 72 hours for you to hear back from us.

It will slow things down if you send more than one message about the same issue. We'll answer as soon as we can."

It's not 72 hours..It has been FREAKIN' 288 HOURS ... It's way beyond frustrating..

Ebay has become a cheating online store. They never keep there promise.

I have sent lot of mail, but nobody bother to reply back. I have shifted my focus to other online store with better deals.

Ebay is a crap online store....
