Dear sir. I request the authority, concerned, to please give proper training to Mr. Deepak of claim Depot on the subject, how to behave with a customer. I don't want to explain in written any thing to you people. But please check the voice recordings of Mr. Deepak(Claim Depot). You can understand how he conversed with me on this day, 02.04.2012. huh!!! Ebay is really annoying me now, rather the customer support. 1. The customer support (voice) do not sound polite at all. They lack etiquettes. 2. The chat support team especially Trust & safety really needs improvement a lot while replying to their customers. What is my problem? I have a particular issue, I list items but they do not show up i.e. they are not visible. Not all of them but some. So, the first time I contacted the chat support team, they transferred me to Ebay Trust & Safety. From that time my anger started to be out of control. The chat support executive(Hemant D) was so slow and making hell lot of mistakes!! What I was told was not to use Google Chrome while listing & should write to incswebhelp@ebay.com in order to get the refund of the listing fees. Next time I created the listing using Internet Explorer as advised, but guess what the same thing happened but the chat support guy kept on arguing that I have used google chrome. My listing or none of the content inside the listings were created using Googl Chrome. And refund??!!!?? Oh Ebay is so generous! I am yet to receive a reply from Ebay, it is more that 20 rupees now I am supposed to be refunded. Moreover, no one can tell me the exact problem for which I am not getting sale. It is my complete loss after all!!!!! Hate Ebay now!!

I agree with you India2u, the Ebay guys should really be removed. Had there been another site to sell, I would never ever come back to Ebay!!!

i use to sell mobiles in ebay and on november 2011 a buyer purchased a samsung galaxy s2 from and after using the phone for almost 40 days the fraud buyer senses that the samsung galaxy s2 is a used mobile she complained to ebay that i made a listing of new samsung galaxy s2 but send her an used samsung galaxy s2 and ebay did not even listen to me claim adjuster Jai directly ceased approx Rs 13,000 of my recent sold items and gave the fraud buyer my shipping address to return me the 40 days used phone believe me guys the phone was new and sealed pack just the fraud buyer claimed a refund after 40 days you know why as she broke the lcd screen of the phone this is how ebay deals with genuine sellers and fraud buyers trust me its better to do suicide than to do business with ebay

Is there no one we can speak to with our concers? Like superior authority etc. Guess what I am again connected to Hemant D from Trust & Safety. And hs is repeating the same verbiage. I have copied the entire conversation to show you all. He always copies the script, never says anything beyond, who knows if he understands English. Can anyone tell me who should we complain to? There should be someone we can escalate our issues to!!!
