huh!!! Ebay is really annoying me now, rather the customer support. 1. The customer support (voice) do not sound polite at all. They lack etiquettes. 2. The chat support team especially Trust & safety really needs improvement a lot while replying to their customers. What is my problem? I have a particular issue, I list items but they do not show up i.e. they are not visible. Not all of them but some. So, the first time I contacted the chat support team, they transferred me to Ebay Trust & Safety. From that time my anger started to be out of control. The chat support executive(Hemant D) was so slow and making hell lot of mistakes!! What I was told was not to use Google Chrome while listing & should write to incswebhelp@ebay.com in order to get the refund of the listing fees. Next time I created the listing using Internet Explorer as advised, but guess what the same thing happened but the chat support guy kept on arguing that I have used google chrome. My listing or none of the content inside the listings were created using Googl Chrome. And refund??!!!?? Oh Ebay is so generous! I am yet to receive a reply from Ebay, it is more that 20 rupees now I am supposed to be refunded. Moreover, no one can tell me the exact problem for which I am not getting sale. It is my complete loss after all!!!!! Hate Ebay now!!
