A user id inovative.deals made an order for one of my product.
9721358466
Replacement Battery for Nokia 6600
His shipping address is
pankaj yadav 5/1 Ho Chi Minh Sarani,, calcutta WB 700071 India 9866353369
He is a new user and His phone number is wrong.
Then he send a mail :
Respected Sir,
May I know why price is so cheap?anyways..I would like to know if you can arrange a second handbluetooth at low range for N70.
Other thing is that I have kind request to you regarding the Shipment of the product to Ankur(cousin) .I am providing his complete shipping and contact details below.
Ship to :
Ankur Agarwal
Cyber Dhaba
In Jagnath complex,
Uditnagar-12
Rourkela 769001
Orissa.
Ph: 9861246407
Please update me regarding the shipment of the product, aswell with the track code.
Looking forward for your most positive and quickest reply
Thanks.
But I felt that Ankur Agarwal is the same person from Rourkela and his payment was charge backed!
His other id is cyber.junkie12
So in this case, if I ship the product (and any charge backs happens) then eBay persons will tell that you have shipped to Ankur Agarwal instead of Pankaj if I show the POD.
SO what is the best solution! ---------------
With Regards,
Navaneeth (snrama) 😉

Write the name Pankaj Yadhav ... and give the address as C/O with the name ANkur Agarwal,
Secondly request this address from his registered ebay mail id and preserve this mail.
Or simply report the buyer to ebay and get him suspended. DOnt ship the product and wait for Chargeback - incase you are sure its a fraud transaction !!

Navaneeth,
My suggestion is simple. If it is a lowest value item, you can take any risk. For high value items,no this side that side.File an unpaid item dispute for request to ship to bad address.Let ebay pay you a credit on FVF.Let the buyer get a strike.Play safe.
Truly,
Amitava

hi Navneeth...
even i have faced similar problems.. one buyer whoz reg. address was rajasthan, asked me to ship it to mathura... hence i asked him to provide address proof by fax of the other address.. and it was a new bidder too..
you can ask the buyer to include this address in the shipping address, in my ebay. there is a provision to add as many addresses as the buyer needs... in my case i have one particular address for national purchases and for international purchases i use my residential address...
