Suggestion to eBay Team (Payment Details to Order Details)

Hi All,

I have noticed the conversion of Payment Details to Order Details from yesterday...

The new look is really attracting... But one disadvantage is previously, There were Mark as Payment Received, Mark as Shipped and Leave feedback buttons which was really a user friendly than the newer one..

I suggest eBay team to keep those buttons as its very helpful for sellers. ---------------

Right, I agree with 'snrama'. I too am facing the same problem, as it is a real pain to go back to the item page and mark 'payment received'. One major problen I faced due to this - if you go back and mark 'payment received' for combined orders, it does not get marked. Please work on this issue at the earliest, and if it takes time to resolve, we should revert to the old system immediately.

Oh I never use to do my
items mark as shipped or something... I used to do it earlier .. now I feel like
there is no need of doing this.

I too agree with Navaneeth,We should make changes but should not forget the basic things which are more important then designs etc.


I hope eBay will rectify this at the earliest.

Yes of course, today my 2 items were sold and one of them I relisted it in the afternoon from the 9 options for sold items but it was an utter surprise that in the night when I tried to relist the second item the option is missing and the number of options are 8 only.

Please do add this option since it is very useful for us to relist and at the same time track the listing by seeing the relist icon highlighted after relisting.

Well, my products were not sold but I have been charged anyway for the services. was taken aback by it. Most other websites dont charge until the products are sold.
Anyways, I dont intend continuing with ebay. how do i revoke my membership?
The other thing about ur website is that every thing has a longish process, 10 steps to follow and within the 10 steps there are 10 other steps to follow. Madness!!! Why cant you make it simple like the other sites?
