Somebody please help me

I was cheated by a seller called deals_2010_4u with fake ray-ban glassses. I opened a case against him on ebay. He hacked into my account and closed the case. Its not just me. There are atleast 4 more buyers whom he has cheated in the same fashion.
I am fed up of writing to ebay explaining my case over and over again.
In fact I have lost all hope that ebay will do anything to help my cheated money back.
But just as a last ditch effort, I want to try one last time.
Please let me know if I have missed something and what other steps I can take to get a refund from this cheat seller.

I received call from ebay asking whether I received item and how was it? I responded to them that it was fake item. Unfortunately, I could to open case agaisnt this seller as timeframe for that was over but came to know now that his accout is been restricted.

I wrote to ebay turst & supprot team mentioning very clearly that I cannot open the case as I am out of limit set for opening such case. But they replied with auto reply "plz open SNAD case against seller" and futher explained the procedure!!!

Lets see if ebay really helps buyers in such fraud cases.

These are really serious allegations on eBay that someuser is hacking others account & still I found that fake Ray-Ban sunglasses are still being sold on eBay.I think eBay encourage sellers to sell fake products & fool people with dealers warranty.No reply in this post from eBay I think eBay wants people to be scammed & never come back.eBay needs only one time buyers.
