Somebody please help me

I was cheated by a seller called deals_2010_4u with fake ray-ban glassses. I opened a case against him on ebay. He hacked into my account and closed the case. Its not just me. There are atleast 4 more buyers whom he has cheated in the same fashion.
I am fed up of writing to ebay explaining my case over and over again.
In fact I have lost all hope that ebay will do anything to help my cheated money back.
But just as a last ditch effort, I want to try one last time.
Please let me know if I have missed something and what other steps I can take to get a refund from this cheat seller.

Hi same as prashant i also have been cheated by deal_2010_4u with fake ray-ban sunglasses, not only this the seller also hacked my account several times, he confirmed item receipt, and left positive feedback for himself from hacking into my account, and when i opened the case in resolution centre he again hacked my account and and closed the case.
Several times i called ebay call centre and also mailed them several times , but they they didn't help me in getting my money back.
I was just responded with diplomatic answers, i also called seller about it, he said you ship me the sunglass back and i will refund your money into ur account , i gave him my account number but no use he got the sunglass also and not even refunded my money.

I also wrote mails to inrswebhelp@ebay.com, as was told by ebayindia on facebook, but all in vain, i seriously have lost hope and faith with ebay after all my efforts.
PLease someone help me to get my money back from this cheat and hacker seller.

You should take some action against the guys who are selling fake Ray-Ban sunglasses on eBay.People sho have been scammed by this sellers would never buy again from eBay thinking all products sold on eBay are fakes & second quality.

Thank You pcrock for drawing my attention to this discussion.
I have been selling Original Ray Ban Sunglasses on eBay.
I have drawn attention of buyers to always ask for Authenticity card with Seller Stamp and Date on it.
As mentioned by pcrock, Ray Ban sunglasses does not come below the range of Rs 3890/= ( prices have increased above this level from March 1st).
Do not trust any buyer selling it through auctions at rates of 500-1000-1500 range.

Another Check for fake sunglasses are the yellow round / star tags attached to the ray ban sunglasses. THEY ARE NOT ORIGINAL.

AS WE ARE AUTHORIZED DEALERS I WANT TO POINT OUT THAT THERE IS NO PRODUCT TILL NOW WHICH COMES WITH INTER CHANGEABLE GLASSES.

This is the list of fake ray-ban sellers as I searched ray-ban only first two pages there may be more.

How to identify Orignal Ray-Ban sunglasses.
Its very difficult for a non-optician to identify orignal ray-ban sunglasses.The main difference in fake & orignals is that orignal sunglasses have Toughened Glasses in fakes ordinary simple glass.
There is difference in frames as orignal frames are made of high quality materials & best quality polish which lasts years.

There is also difference in case & outer box of orignal Ray-Ban sunglasses.
There are different cases with different models with RB 3025-3026 there is leather case.
The orignal sunglasses outer box have M.R.P & manufacturing year & model no. is printed whether with fakes box nothing is printed even there is no sticker on there.

I never checked your item description.Ok even if you are selling fake Ray-Ban sunglasses saying its fake you are encouraging buyers to buy fake sunglasses.Eventhough it is illegal practice & you may get yourself in trouble.Its illegal to sell fake items whether you are selling them as orignal or fake.If some Ray-Ban guy buys a sunglass from you he can sue you even you have wrote that its fake.
You are using a 73 Years old brand Goodwill to sell a replica.You may consult your lawyer its illegal.Doing this practices I dont think you are a genuine seller.
