i purchased 1 blackberry 7130g handset from them item no 390076904625,suppliers phone no.020-40092538.no functions are working,in nov.2009 ,i informed ebay and seller both about this they said SOFTWARE CD WILL BE REPLACED BUT NOW TILL APRIL2010 NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SEEMS E BAY AND SELLER BOTH ARE FOOLING US WHENEVER U WRITE 2 THEM A MAIL COMES WE ARE SORTING MATTER AND DOES NOTHING WHY DONT YOU CLOSE THIS DEPT. IF CANT SOLVE PROBLEMS I BUYED HANDSET TO USE OR KEEP IT AS A SHOW PIECE.

you have option for requesting feedback revision. just go to the link: community > feedback forum. there you have the option.
