I remember some comments of ebay personnel regarding this problem on this board months ago when I posted the same suggestion. As per them this is an isolated case affecting only a few !!! Hence I doubt if this problem has any priority in the schedule of ebay. Hope at least its in their list.
I know ebay will tell about some non-availability of Banking license for PaisaPay to hold money. But that can not be a problem to let us decide about the remittance cycle. For International deliveries they are able to hold our money for more than a month so why cant they give us an option to choose the payment cycle ( monthly / bi-monthly / weekly / daily ....). They may insist that the cycle should not be more than a month. That should be ok.
Else let the buyer send the delivery acknowledgement directly to the sellers account and let the sellers forward it to ebay as per their convinience. This would by-pass the non-Banking license operation problem of PaisaPay.
Due to this problem and also because of the international delivery schedule of PaisaPay, I have stopped listing in ebay for the time being.
