Dear eBay,
Since my bank charge some amount for incoming NEFT transfer,I request to please provide sellers an option to schedule the PaisaPay remittance.
This will atleast help to avoid the bank charges for small remmitance.

I had e-mailed ICICI Bank asking about the NEFT charges and below is the reply which I had received from them.
"Payment through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is Rs.100.00 per transaction and for collection through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) is Rs.25.00 per transaction.

I think 12.36% will be added to above given charges as Service Tax.
So,I request eBay to kindly provide a solution to this problem.

Each PaisaPay payment cycle through NEFT costs us Rs. 28.09.
A minimum of 8 payment cycle in a month and we need to loose Rs. 224.72.
This is a quite high fee for sellers, especially sellers who sell low value items.
eBay should resolve this issue as soon as possible. ---------------

I remember some comments of ebay personnel regarding this problem on this board months ago when I posted the same suggestion. As per them this is an isolated case affecting only a few !!! Hence I doubt if this problem has any priority in the schedule of ebay. Hope at least its in their list.
I know ebay will tell about some non-availability of Banking license for PaisaPay to hold money. But that can not be a problem to let us decide about the remittance cycle. For International deliveries they are able to hold our money for more than a month so why cant they give us an option to choose the payment cycle ( monthly / bi-monthly / weekly / daily ....). They may insist that the cycle should not be more than a month. That should be ok.
Else let the buyer send the delivery acknowledgement directly to the sellers account and let the sellers forward it to ebay as per their convinience. This would by-pass the non-Banking license operation problem of PaisaPay.
Due to this problem and also because of the international delivery schedule of PaisaPay, I have stopped listing in ebay for the time being. .
