Buyers should not be allowed to file INR for PaisaPay
I have had 2 disputes from buyers recently wherein the PaisaPay payment was either not cleared or was refunded. In such cases eBay must not allow buyers to file a INR dispute against the seller as the TnS team is always ready with its Snipers ....
