I had paid for 2 watches via paisapay - order nos. 8936321306 and 8936324754.
Now after more than 2 weeks the seller is no longer registered. How am I supposed to get delivery, and how will eBay help me in this?
Umesh

Dear bozorap ,
File an Item not received dispute (INR)
http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html
Then escalate it to get a claim.
Following all the steps within the allotted time frame would get you, your hard earned money , back.
For any help / guidance you may write back.
regards
Umang Midha .

Hi,
A seller can be suspended for various reasons. Some of them are re-instated after some days. I have received items from suspended sellers a couple of times. It seems your seller has considerable rating. Hope this seller will also honour your deal.
You can always file for a refund if the seller does not respond to your emails / calls. But if I am right then you are likely to get a refund of only Rs.98 though you have paid at least Rs.488 or more. Normally eBay do not refund the shipping costs. Hope I am wrong. .
Best Regards 😄

Hi bozorap,
As suggested by other members, you may file for Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.
[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]
If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, the buyer needs to close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim. When you pay with PaisaPay, the entire amount you paid via PaisaPay is protected.
I hope this information will be helpful to you and you will be able to recover your money/product. Do keep us updated on your experience.
Warm Regards,
Sapana
