This guy tries to pass off fake stones as real gemstones. Even issues fake IGI certificates. I have checked with IGI and they confirm that the particular certificate was never issued by them. Why is ebay still entertaining such fraud sellers? and why is it that they are not taking action against him even though I have registered a complaint. He has not responded and does not pick up the phone. Is ebay and the seller taking the buyers for a ride?

Touch and Shine :
Don't you have anything more to contirbute than the Contact Us LinK????
Is is irritating for you to ask every poster to contact eBay.
They are posting here as they have got no response from eBay or are not prepared to wait for 24-36 which is the normal response time of eBay staff.
The boards are meant to be an interaction between the users and maybe to help each other.
Stop, Stop giving the contact us link in every post.

Hello,
I can certainly understand the situation,But I will like to say that Its(ebay) a open market ...open means both genuine and fake(cheater) are there to sell the products. You can find Nice deal from Genuine Sellers as well as Fake sellers. But is that not a Buyers Mistake if he dont check the rating of any seller or if he dont realise that Genuine Products cant be Cheap?I will not go for a deal in which a Rs.5000 mobile will be sold for Rs.250/- any one can decide that its must be a Fake phone or the Quality will be worst.
You must go in accordance to the ebay guidelines to get ur refund or replacement,If its dun works but Dont let anyone to go with ur hard earn money...Post again and again in cafe....coz Many time customer care dont help buyer as well as Seller .
