we are here on the behalf of some seller and mostly genxtrenz because that is our id...ebay genrating wrong invoice... from the month of apr the genrate wrong invoiec sale is of 500/- invoice is 2768/- next month is also wrong and total bill we have to ebay according to them 10000/- till now and according to us we have to pay only 2968/- see the difference..we reporting this from the month of apr...customer care always said send us details when send it please give us item number.. when we send the all item number as attachment...when we complaint we still not get any response there response after 5 days sorry we did not accept any attachment...than we send in text format and see what happen next day we are suspended...strange...we reported to live chat they said send mail to customer care we send it again...and response come so funny kidly give us details so we can assist you how many time we have to send the details to customer care same excutive which is following our case asking the same question to whom we already mark the mail twice...check the timing of response of customer care they said they will response in 24hrs or may be 48hrs...we suspended on tuesday evening send the details on Monday..tuesday..and today is thursday which is going to end in 2 hours...where is the response..we found one more intersting thing that we are not only seller who is suffering this there is also some major seller who suffer that also....one more intersting thing for 1st month ebay shop is free we took it after speaking with there customer care excutive...they charge me from the day it started...and they say ebay customer care is good...what i see evay is fooling around with the seller..another way to take money..if we wont check it that defenitly we are in loss... see what else there are going to do..if like to see details i m copy pasting here calculate by your self and see the ratio of seling...

U have to give them full details. Otherwise how will they be able to rectify
your problem. Listen give as much details as possible to them so that they will
