I purchased a Gola maker (order No. 271005782335). And I received a defective product. I immediatly reported it. Few days seller spends time in asking photographs of the product and after that he wasted time in saying that I have to bear the cost of return shpiment (this is bullshit, why should customer bear this cost when fault is from ebay). After that ebay closes this case saying they did't get response in time.
This is ridiculous, thats why I am saying
SAY NO TO EBAY
