First of all I'm posting this post 2nd time. 1st time the ebay deleted it.
So, I had bought an item on ebay.in on 02/06/12 worth 24,950.00, PaisaPay ID 31418088710. I redeemed a sandisk 64 GB pendrive via bigdaddy offer.
I was supposed to get the gift within 45 days, but now more than 90 days have passed and I still haven't received my gift. I have called customer care for more than 25 times. They keep on repeating that I will get the gift within one week. Once they told me that the gift has been dispatched and gave me a tracking number, but it turned out to be a fake tracking number after I checked the number online. Next day I again called them, and now they were saying the gift hasn't been dispatched yet.
ENOUGH OF THIS BS!! EBAY IS DEFINITELY CHEATING IT'S CUSTOMERS. SCAMMERS!!!
I am going to file complaint against ebay.in for fraud on the consumer's forum.
Here is the confirmation email: "This email confirms that you made a PaisaPay payment to the following seller for the total amount of Rs. 24,999.00 using credit card (Rs. 24,998.97) and eBay gift voucher BIGDADDY08 (Rs. 0.03)."
